This application has been filed seeking to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondent from taking any coercive action against the petitioner including confiscation of the hypothecated vehicle Mercedes-Benz C300D passenger car vide loan cum hypothecation agreement in respect of contract bearing No.10137877 dated 28.09.2019 bearing vehicle registration No.MH13DK0024, Engine No.65492080483644 and Chassis No.WDD2050186L052800.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the respondent would submit that the loan has been regularised. However, a sum of Rs.9,000/- towards charges is pending.
