O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2601 of 2023 by an order, dated 03.11.2023.

2. By the said order, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur, had granted bail to the petitioner under Section 167(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure but at the same time, had directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) along with two sureties.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is not able to produce two sureties. It is however stated that one blood surety is available.

4. Taking all the factors into consideration, I am inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. However, the condition is

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one blood related surety.
