C.M.P.No.3375 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.13967 of 2025 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Notice taken to 1st respondent returned with an endorsement 'deceased'. Private notice taken to the respondents 2 to 4 served and their names appeared in the list. Notice to the respondents 5 and 6 already dispensed with.

3. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the 7th respondent.

4. The children of 1st respondent are already on record as respondents 2 to 4. Therefore, his estates is sufficiently represented before this Court.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.3375 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

7. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.T.Chandrasekaran as counsel for the 7th respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
