The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 3(2)a, 4(1), and 5(1)a of I.T.P. Act of 1956 in Crime No.102/2014 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.This is third Anticipatory Bail application. The petitioner was involved in two previous cases. The two earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court, by a well considered order. 3.The learned additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no change in present situation.

4.From a perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds that from the statement of one Rema, a victim girl, the involvement of the petitioner has come to light. In view of the serious nature of the allegations and no change of situation, this petition is dismissed. 09.06.2015 dn
