(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 307 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Senior Counsel, who appeared for the respondent/writ petitioner before the learned Judge, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
