C.M.P. No.9637 of 2021 in S.A. No.364 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal as appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has explained the reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
