(through video conference) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that despite intimation sent, the Petitioner has not contacted him and as such, he is not able to conduct the case and he has filed a memo dated 18.11.2021 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. No useful purpose would be served by keeping the Writ Petition indefinitely.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. It is made clear that the Petitioner is not precluded from applying for revival of the Writ Petition, if necessary, in accordance with law. No costs.
