This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus

calling for the records of the third respondent herein dated 13.09.2010 relating to the selection for Retail outlet dealership of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited at Karumathampatti (along Somanur Road), Revenue District of Coimbatore, Coimbatore, State of Tamil Nadu under category open (W) and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to select the petitioner for the said location under open category for women and allot the said Retail outlet dealership to the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, as the relief sought for herein has become infructuous. and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
