When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, liberty may be granted to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection.
