It is brought to the notice of this Court that W.P.No.2694 of is misplaced and not traceable. Hence, it is listed today without E.B.

2.Considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2010 and the bundle is untraceable and further the fact that the learned counsel on either side have no objection for reconstructing the bundle, Registry is directed to collect the papers and reconstruct the bundle in W.P.No.2694 of 2010.
