ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent filed an affidavit of the respondent and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "9. I respectfully submit that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, I have filed a Final Report before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet through e-filing vide LTN20230000134C202500032 on 04.06.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file."

2. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the learned XVII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet to act upon the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.191 of 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
