ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the representation dated 20.06.2003.

2. The learned Government Advocate was directed to get instructions from the first respondent whether the representation dated 20.06.2003 was submitted by the petitioner and if so whether any order has been passed in regard to the said representation. Accordingly, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the letter No.1092/HM2/2020-12 dated 10.03.2023 written by the first respondent to the second respondent stating that the representation dated 20.06.2003 was not received by the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed 2/14

with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
