Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the impugned order in BDFGISSV No.137/2015 dated 11.02.2015 against the husband of the petitioner, on the file of the second respondent herein and to set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Ganesan @ Sangili Ganesan, Son of Lakshmipathi, aged about 30 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Ganesan @ Sangili Ganesan, Son of Lakshmipathi, aged about 30 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order in No.139/2015 dated 12.02.2015 passed by the second respondent against her husband branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982]. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 11.02.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.2294, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XIII] Department dated 31.03.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
