ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Ramakrishnan, aged 38 years, brother of the petitioner. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on 27.5.2017, the detenue has met with an accident and passed away. The dead body has also been identified by the petitioner.
