This petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the second respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, in Crl.M.P.No.7370 of 2013, dated 10.10.2013.
2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, has granted bail to the second respondent by an order dated 10.10.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.7370 of 2013. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and now this case has been transferred to Mahila Court, Villupuram.
