This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action based on the complaint dated 02.10.2019.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 02.10.2019, C.S.R. No.351 of 2019 was issued and after preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 02.10.2019.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. The second respondent is directed to send an intimation about the closure of the petitioner's complaint within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
