NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed to amend the name of the deceased as Lilly Hannah Ammani Bai in the place of M.Lilly Hannah Ammani Bai wherever it occurs in the above Original Petition and consequently, direct the Registry to carry out the said amendment in the Succession Certificate dated 15.09.2023 in this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.
