The suit has been filed for passing off.

2. This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the respondent / defendant, since the respondent / defendant is having its office at Gujarat. According to the applicant / plaintiff, the infringing products are being sold by the respondent / defendant at Chennai. The invoices have also been filed to establish the same. The plaintiff is also having its office only at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Since a part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for. Accordingly, A. No.420 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
