Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. Mr.J.Jawaharlal Nehru, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sethiyathope, Cuddalore District is personally present before this Court today.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition was called, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the Deputy Superintendent of Police has taken over the investigation and filed a final report on 04.04.2019. He has also produced the copy of the final order before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
