This petition has been filed under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking modification of the order passed by learned Vacation Judge, III Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.7497 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while granting the relief of bail to the petitioners, the Court below, under orders dated 13.05.2015, has inter alia directed the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.75,000/- with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai. Learned counsel submits that the condition is onerous and owing to the said condition, the petitioners are unable to come out on bail.

3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above submissions.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court modifies the condition requiring the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.75,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to one requiring each of the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum. In all other respects, the order of the Court below shall prevail. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
