The subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition pertains to the fixation of the license fee through proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 08.04.2009 and for a consequential direction forbearing the respondents from demanding and collecting any charges.

2.Heard Mr.N.Srinivasa Raghavan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.G.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is seen from records that the petitioner had the license to carry on with the business of giving Cable TV connection only till 31.03.2013. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition at this length of time. 4.This writ petition is accordingly closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
