ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32605 of 2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32605 of 2024 on 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 07.02.2025 ata Page No.2 of 3
