ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2023 followed by the petitioner's reminder, dated 05.05.2023 for return of the parent documents of the property to the petitioner and to hand over the physical possession of the property to the petitioner.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he purchased the property through the public auction from the first respondent. Though sale executed was executed in favour of the petitioner, subsequently, original documents were not handed over to him. Therefore, he made a representation to the second respondent on 04.04.2023. However, no orders are passed so far. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may direct the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2/5
4. Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
