ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 427, 447, 448, 454, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.253 of 2017 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is only a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that it is a case of civil dispute. The petitioner is alleged to have damaged and trespassed the property of the defacto complainant. He further submitted that no injury has been caused to the defacto complainant. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no injury caused to the defacto complainant, there is no need for custodial interrogation at this stage, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. -sd/- 08/03/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
