O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.08.2012 made in Na.Ka.1370/2012 A.1 passed by the Executive Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a dispute between two groups regarding the Mosque, which was running in a rental building and subsequently, the same was shifted to the newly constructed building. Due to tension prevailed, the first respondent conducted peace committee. Since the parties have not agreed for compromise, the impugned order was passed by the first respondent. Challenging the said order, one of the parties viz., the revision petitioner filed the present revision before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that subsequently, new Mosque was constructed and as of now, there is no tension prevails.

4. Considering the change of circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Insp.Cell) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar KMI To
