When the matter was taken up for reporting compliance, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 19.06.2024 stating that as per the Order dated 26.04.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.3724 of 2024, the petitioners have complied with the condition imposed on them regarding depositing a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each, (totally Rs.3,00,000/-) to the credit of Crime No.346 of 2023.

Mr. M. Sounder Raman, learned counsel appearing for the intervener submitted that the land which is under dispute between the parties is under the enjoyment of the defacto complainant and made a submission to direct the petitioners not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the defacto complainant in the said property.

In view of the above submission, the petitioners are directed not to interfere in the enjoyment and peaceful possession of the defacto complaint in the said property and to work out their remedy before the Court of Law, if they have any right over the said property.
