O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents concerned to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2012 and 29.06.2013.

2. However, the representation dated 03.05.2012 and 29.06.2013 cannot be considered to direct the respondents concerned to dispose of the representations after a period of nine years.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit fresh representation before the authority concerned, if so advised, and on receipt of the same, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after conducting enquiry.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
