ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506(i) IPC @ 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in C.C.No.108 of 2013, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioners on 04.04.2017 and the same is pending. 3.Considering the fact that NBW is pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition under Section 70(ii) of Cr.P.C., to recall NBW already issued against them. On filing of such petition, the concerned Magistrate, is directed to consider the same on merits and pass order on the same day.
