O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Jayachitra, aged about 23 years, to cause production of her wife, aged about 3 years, before this Court. 2.The alleged detenue Jayachitra is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police and her father Annadurai is also present before this Court.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her father.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking his remedy.
