Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court order dated 13.12.2019 passed by this Honourable court in Crl.OP.No.30890 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BENNINGTON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender and furnish surety bonds as directed by this court by order dated 13.12.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.30890 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is prepared to donate a reasonable amount to charity, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner from the date on which the order copy is made ready to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of A/C 1026101033653 maintained by Sri Saratha Devi Anbu Illam (Contact No. 9791584495) with Canara Bank (IFSC CNRB0001026), Kanniyakumari Branch, within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
