CRIME NO.18 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until furhter orders in Crl.O.P.No. 25188 of 2021 order dated 22.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders directed to the respondent police Station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25188 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 22.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.25188 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report.
