PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act/482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1073 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 order dated 24.01.2025 in para 8(a) i.e., the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.11 lakh to the credit of crime no.686 of 2024 on or before 31.01.2025 and he shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.686 of 2024 within four weeks thereafter. ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1073 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 order dated 24.01.2025 in para 8(a) i.e., the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.11 lakh to the credit of crime no.686 of 2024 on or before 31.01.2025 and he shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.686 of 2024 within four weeks thereafter.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for modification, this Court is not inclined to modify condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1073 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32425 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.
