(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue G.Karpagam, daughter of Govindaraj, aged about 19 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the alleged detenue is married with the second respondent-M.Yuvaraj and now, she is in the family way. As per the doctor's advice, she cannot move from her residence. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a supporting document to show that the marriage was held between the detenu and the second respondent, which is also not in dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
