This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to call for the records culminating in Crime No.16/ AC/ 2018/ VPM, on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been filed for dispense with but wrong prayer has been mentioned in this petition and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
