This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate under Section 156((3) of Cr.P.C., thereby directing the concerned jurisdictional police namely Inspector of Police, Karamadi Police Station, to register the case and enquire the case on or before 18.03.2016. 2.It is seen that on the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam by an order dated 18.03.2016 in C.M.P.No.1198 of 2016, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.160 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC.
