No.55, presently T.S. No.55/3 situated at Perambur, and (ii) the property covered under Salem deed No.3694 of 1980 bearing survey No.43/2, T.S. No.55, presently T.S. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue correlation certificate by correcting the survey number in the online revenue records for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition
within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the aforesaid property. He has sought for correlation certificate by correcting the survey number in the online revenue records from the respondent through his representations dated 05.11.2025 and 08.11.2025. Since the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representations as stated supra are considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2025 and 08.11.2025, seeking for correlation certificate by correcting the survey number in the online revenue records for the
property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
