Mr.N.Baskaran Ms.M.Sheela Special Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.N.R.Elango, learned Senior counsel instructed by learned counsel on record Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan is before this Court on behalf of revision petitioners in these two Revision Petitions, which are under Section 397 of 'The Code of Criminal Procedure 1973' (Act 2 of 1974), hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C' for the sake of brevity.
2. It came to light that the necessity to pursue these two Revision Petitions are dependent upon the outcome in Crl.O.P.Nos.22136, 22137 of 2019, 1526 and 1526 of 2020 in which, orders have been reserved yesterday [10.03.2020].
3. In the light of the aforesaid scenario, learned senior Counsel made a request that this Court may permit withdrawal of instant Revision Petitions with a rider that rights of the Revision petitioners to file Revision Petitions afresh (if the need arises depending on the outcome in the aforementioned four Crl.OPs) may please be preserved.
4. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned counsel on record has made an endorsement to this effect in both the Revision Cases.
5. Permitted to withdraw.
