ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents to transfer the investigation in the murder of petitioner's daughter viz., Y.Priskilla, in Crime No.58 of 2016, dated 09.02.2016 on the file of the 4th respondent to CB-CID or any other competent agency. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
