(ii) to Grant an Extension of Time from the orders passed by this Honble Court dated 03.07.2016 for grant of Extension of Time for 3
months time to comply in WMP No. 35078 of 2016 in WP No.41087 of 2016 in the interest of justice, for submitting the said details keeping view of orders passed by the Honble Court dated 30.07.2016 WMP No. 35078 of 2016, WP.No.41087 of 2016 (in WMP.No.6188/18) in WP.No.41087/16 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJABABU P-IN-P, for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MRS.KARTHIKAA ASHOK Senior Standing Counsel(Chennai Corporation) for 1 & 2 respondents in both the petitions and 3rd respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- The Writ Miscellaneous Petitions in W.M.P.Nos.6187 & 6188 of 2018 were filed on 28.02.2018, seeking extension of time for three months to comply with the orders passed in W.M.P.Nos.35077 and 35078 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.41086 & 41087 of 2016.
2. In view of the fact that the three months extension period sought for by the petitioner in the present petitions expired long before during the month of June 2018, no further consideration is required in the present petitions and accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions in W.M.P.Nos.6187 & 6188 of 2018 stand dismissed. No costs.
