O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to rework petitioner's last drawn pay in terms of 7th pay commission and to pay the retirement benefits and other benefits with arrears along with interest at the

rate of 15% for the delayed payment by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2024.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation on 23.12.2024 to the respondents 2 to 4 to pay the retirement benefits along with arrears of the benefits which has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the fifth respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
