ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair order and Decree dated 07.04.2014 passed in E.A.No.719/2012 in E.P.No.2363/2010 by the IX Asst.Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai in A.No.8/2009 before the Lok Adalath at Poonamallee.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise as evidenced by the memo, dated 16.02.2016. The parties and their respective counsel have duly signed in the compromise memo. The compromise memo is recorded.

3. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties nothing survives for adjudication and this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Compromise Memo, entered into between the parties shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 24.02.2016 nvi To The IX Asst.Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
