This writ miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time granted to comply with the order dated 26.08.2022 made in W.M.P.No.21037 of 2022 in W.P.No.21885 of 2022.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court in W.M.P.No.21037 of 2022 in W.P.No.21885 of 2022, this Court, by order dated 20.09.2024 in W.M.P.No.3408 of 2023 in W.P.No.21885 of 2022, has granted two weeks time to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court on or before 04.10.2024.

3. Today, 04.10.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the receipt and submitted that a sum of Rs.8,24,767/- has been deposited before the Principal Labour Court, Chennai.
