ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for re-survey of the land, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, during the earlier survey conducted for the very same property, the demarcation of the boundaries was not properly done. The petitioner seeks to rectify the same. The petitioner had submitted his representation on 30.10.2025 to the third respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.Since the petitioner had not submitted a fresh application to the third respondent for re-survey of the land, the petitioner has to submit a fresh application.
5.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application to the respondents seeking for re-survey of the land.
6.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for re-survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said application and thereafter re-survey and demarcate the boundaries, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem it fit to enquire. 7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the third respondent seeking for re-survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the third respondent shall
re-survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
