Though this Court vide order dated 29.10.2024 has issued a direction to the first respondent, to furnish the copy of the order freezing the petitioner's bank account bearing No.50200024272736 to the petitioner, however, without jurisdiction, contempt petition has been invoked by the petitioner, when there is a remedy available to the petitioner to work out her remedy under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
