ORDER

The writ petitions has been filed challenging the order dated 01.11.2010, passed by the second respondent in No.EIA:CH:CC:WP.No. 9466(KS):2010-11/4529-30, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner for granting pensionary benefits.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died in the year 2015 itself and his legal heirs did not take any steps to substitute them in the place of the deceased petitioner, till today. It shows that they have no interest to pursue the present writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to cost.
