Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the circular no. 93/2010 in R.C.No.AE 10/53100/2009 dated 20.10.2010 of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to fix the grade pay of the petitioner at Rs.4900/- as per the Circular No. 10/53100/2009 dated 13.07.2009 with effect from 27.03.2008 the date on which the petitioner was promoted as Deputy Manager (Quality Control) with consequential benefits.
