Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and take action on the petitioner's complaint / representation vide telegram dated 19.08.2005 against the 4th and 5th respondents expeditiously and to accord protection from the illegal threats and claims made by the 5th respondent with the aid and help of the 4th respondent. The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and take action on the petitioner's complaint / representation vide telegram dated 19.08.2005 against the 4th and 5th respondents expeditiously and to accord protection from the illegal threats and claims made by the 5th respondent with the aid and help of the 4th respondent.

2.The very relief sought for in the present writ petition is innocuous. The writ petitioner is unable to establish that pursuant to the Telegrams sent, no representation has been submitted thereafter. If at all, the petitioner is interested, the petitioner ought to have submit a detailed representation, setting out all the details subsequently after sending the telegram. This apart, now after a lapse of about 13 years, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the authorities in respect of the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner through his telegram. However, it is made clear that if any grievances exists to the writ petitioner as of now, it is left open to him to approach the appropriate competent authority for the redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law. 3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
