ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide effective police protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner's company to fully complete the erection of transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical and electronic equipments and cables at S.F. No.84, Part, Plot No.105, Poompukar Nagar, Melakottaiyur Village, Chengalpet Taluk, Kanchipuram District, behind VIT College, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

It appears that the petitioner is installing telecommunication tower in the leased out land which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondents-police are directed to look into the nature of the petitioner's representation and give police protection as sought by the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
