The learned counsel appearing for the High Court of Madras made a submission that they are in the process of implementing the order dated 23.09.2020.

2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company made a submission that they are also in possession of the particulars of the accident victims and other parties and they require a platform to settle the compensation and they are willing to settle many number of cases without any legal issues and therefore, the earlier implementation would be of greater assistance to the Insurance Company to settle the compensation to the accident victims. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
