2. M/s. Meera Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the respondent/borrower also submitted that the vehicle has been handedover, but still the parties are in the process of negotiation.

In view of the above, both the applications stand closed, as no further orders are required, since it is for the parties to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
